When we had to move out of Bangalore early this year, we needed to get our apartment rented out. We zeroed in on Roomskart and N******y but were not able to decide which to choose. Though N******y offered better rent, the maintenance of the property would have been a problem with the model they follow. Also, we preferred to rent out to a family rather than to bachelor which is why we choose Roomskart. They managed to find us suitable tenants within 20 days and have been quite efficient in managing our property. The best part about them is their easy reachability and quick response time.
